Who we are
and what we do
BAF is an Uzbek business-class developer that has been on the real estate market since 2012. Over 12 years the company has completed more than 15 projects in Tashkent, Samarkand and Namangan.
We design and build residential complexes with thoughtful infrastructure: enclosed courtyards, commercial spaces on the ground floors, underground parking. Each project is a living environment, not just square meters.

The path from a startup
to a market leader
2012
Founding of the company
BAF is registered in Tashkent. The first team of 12 specialists begins preparing to build its first residential complex.
2014
First delivered project
The 240-apartment Sad complex is delivered on schedule. The company receives its first reviews and builds a reputation as a reliable developer.
2016
Expansion to Samarkand
Opening of a regional office and launch of the Registan Park complex — the first business-class project outside the capital.
2018
5,000 apartments delivered
The company passes the milestone of 5,000 delivered apartments. Launch of an installment program and partnerships with leading Uzbek banks.
2021
In-house architecture department
Formation of an in-house architecture bureau of 18 specialists. Transition to a full design-and-build cycle.
2024
15 completed projects
BAF completes its 15th residential complex. More than 12,000 families live in the company's homes across three cities of Uzbekistan.
